The District XI was made up of players from local junior teams as follows: Jackson, Pownall, Atkinson and Hindle (Bede's), Simm, Cameron and McLeod (Hebburn Victoria), Dingle (St. Peter's), Urquhart, Dodds and Hughes (Wearmouth).
